1. Scope
These Rules apply to every use of Influrs, including comments, replies, reports, creator claims, workspace notes and tags, uploaded or pasted material, AI prompts, searches and automated requests. They form part of the Terms of Service.
You are responsible for your conduct and submissions. Context matters; examples below are not exhaustive and do not turn lawful criticism, journalism, parody or public-interest discussion into a violation merely because it is uncomfortable.
2. Illegal and seriously harmful material
- Do not promote, facilitate or solicit crime, fraud, terrorism, trafficking, exploitation or violence.
- Do not submit child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate material, credible threats or instructions intended to cause serious harm.
- Do not unlawfully harass, stalk, discriminate against or expose another person to harm.
- Do not publish material that a court or competent authority has prohibited.
3. Rights, privacy and confidential information
- Do not infringe copyright, trade marks, database rights, privacy, publicity or other rights.
- Do not share passwords, tokens, payment data, private addresses, identity documents, confidential business data or another person's personal data without a lawful reason and authority.
- Do not impersonate a person or organisation, misrepresent authority to claim a creator profile, or create a misleading affiliation or endorsement.
- Do not use public creator information to unlawfully discriminate, stalk, harass, infer sensitive traits or make a solely automated high-impact decision.
4. Platform and community integrity
- No spam, unsolicited bulk messages, repetitive promotion, deceptive links, malware or phishing.
- No fake engagement, coordinated manipulation, false reports, vote manipulation or attempts to distort ranking and analytics.
- No scraping, bulk extraction, crawling outside an expressly documented interface, unauthorised dataset building, resale of Service data or bypass of rate limits.
- No probing, exploitation, reverse engineering where prohibited, credential attacks, denial of service, circumvention of access controls or interference with other users.
- No use of an external platform connection contrary to that platform's terms, permissions, attribution or retention requirements.
5. Comments, reports and editorial inputs
Comments should address the story or creator context and contribute to discussion. Criticism is allowed; personal attacks, knowingly false factual allegations, repeated disruption and targeted abuse are not. Do not present speculation as verified fact.
Reports must identify the content and issue honestly. Knowingly false or abusive reports can result in restrictions. Uploaded, pasted or licensed transcripts and images require a documented right to use them; a public URL or OAuth connection alone is not a copyright licence.
6. AI-assisted features
- Do not request output intended to facilitate illegal conduct, serious harm, harassment, impersonation, privacy invasion or infringement.
- Do not submit secrets or personal data that is unnecessary for the requested task.
- Check important facts, rights, quotations and source attribution before using output.
- Do not represent an AI draft as a verified statement by a creator or source unless it has actually been verified.
7. How we enforce these Rules
We can investigate reports and technical signals, request information, remove or restrict content, reduce feature access, revoke a claim, rate-limit activity, suspend an account or terminate it. We choose a proportionate response based on severity, immediacy, context, history, risk to others, legal duties and whether a less restrictive measure is effective.
Automated controls may block clear spam, abuse patterns or security attacks. Material contextual content decisions ordinarily receive human review. We do not promise to monitor every submission before publication.
For urgent harm, apparent crime, valid legal process or a platform requirement, action may be taken without advance notice. Otherwise, where appropriate, we provide the reason and an opportunity to correct or challenge the decision.
8. Reporting and review
Use an in-product report button or follow the content notice process. Include the exact URL, rule or legal concern, evidence and a safe contact method. Do not send illegal material itself when a URL, hash or description is sufficient.
To challenge a moderation decision, reply with the decision reference, explain the error and provide relevant evidence. A different reviewer will assess the challenge where practicable. We may restore, modify or uphold the decision and will explain the outcome unless law or safety prevents disclosure.
9. Records and authorities
We may preserve limited content, account and security records where reasonably necessary for an investigation, legal claim or lawful request, even if the content is no longer public. We disclose records only under a lawful basis and proportionate process.
Nothing in these Rules requires us to host unlawful content or prevents us from making a good-faith report to emergency services, regulators, platform providers or law enforcement.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these Rules for new misuse patterns, features or legal duties. Material changes are notified as described in the Terms. Questions and reports can be sent to influrscom@gmail.com.
